FLIGHT REPORT

All pilots must complete a Flight Report to receive credit for their flights. Please submit only one flight report per trip. If the trip is multi-leg, please include the originating airport and final destination, plus the total time for all inclusive flight legs.

Total time is block time. Block time begins at the departure gate and ends at the arrrival gate, also known as brake release to brake set.

Flight information will be posted and Seniority List updated within 10 days.
